+ The size of the upper parts
With the tops or tops we mean the different t-shirts, shirts, blouses or jackets that you want to buy in the United States. What is its equivalence?
-The small size, or also known as the S worldwide, in Spain is 34 and 36. Its equivalence in the US is 0 and 2 respectively.

+ The size of the underwear
In the case of underwear, it is the one that generates the most confusion, especially for bras or bralettes. In lower intimate apparel, the size is exactly the same as in pants or dresses, and will be marked by sizes from XXS to XXL.
What about the bras? The first thing you should do is be very, very clear about your Spanish size. When you already have it, only the contour number will change, that is, the 90 is equivalent to 34, the 95 would be an American 36, and size 100 will correspond to a 38. In the case of cups, indicated by letters ( A, B, C, D or E) are the same in Spain and America.
+ The size of the belts
One of the essential accessories in more than one look is the belt, a perfect ally to adjust your favorite pants to your own silhouette. If you need to know what your exact size is in North America, take note and you will succeed with your wardrobe of 10. Do not forget to measure your waist with the help of a meter to find out your exact size.
-If you have a size 65 it corresponds to a US 26. If your size is 70, you will have to get a size 28 belt while if your size is 75 you have a size 30 in the USA.
-In the event that your size is 80, do not forget to get a size 32 belt, while if it is an 85, its size corresponds to a 34. When your size is 90, the correspondence will be 36.
-Do you have a size 95 belt? Then you should buy one in size 38 American. If you have a size 100, get a size 40 and if it is a 105 your size will be 42.
Equivalence of clothing sizes for men
In the case of men's sizes, as in women's, the only thing that is the same between Spain and the US are the letters of the measurements, that is, S, M or L. Following the same pattern as in the previous point, we are going to discover what your ideal size is based on the garment you wish to acquire.

+ The size of the upper parts
The shirts, t-shirts or jackets vary depending on the body you have. Also, you should keep in mind that not all stores have the same size. For this reason, we recommend that you inform yourself before buying any garment online, or if you go to the US, try it on before having to return to change it.
In this case, it is important to note that US sizes range from 14 to 20, which would correspond to Spanish sizes 36 and 48. From there they add half more, that is, the table would look like this:
-The small size (or S): in Spain it would be 36 which corresponds to 14, 37 to 14.5, and 38 to 15.
-The small size (or M): In Spain it would be 39 corresponding to 15'5, 40 to 16 and 41 corresponds to 16'5.
-Large size (or L): In Spain it would be from 42 which is equivalent to a 17, and so on until reaching 48, which would be an American 20.
+ The size of the bottoms
The pants, whether they are jeans or suits and darts, have their own size too. Each one has its correspondence, which is much simpler than what happens with shirts or jackets. Here, instead of dresses as it happens in women, men's underpants, swimsuits and other underwear come into play, since they usually correspond to the same size.
-The small size (or S): in Spain it is a 38 or 40, corresponding to a 28 or 30 respectively.
-The medium size (or M): In Spain it corresponds to a 42 or 44, equivalent to a 32 or 34 in the USA.
-Large size (or L): In Spain it is a 46 or 48, corresponding to a size 36 or 38.
-The largest size (or XL): In Spain this size would be between 50 or 52, which correspond to a 40 or 42.
+ The size of the belts
Surely it has happened to you. You buy those pants that you have wanted so much, but they are a little too big for you and you need a fashionable belt to hold them. But you still don't know what size you are in America, do you? Attentive!
-If you have a size 75 it will be equivalent to a US 30, while if your size is 80 in the US you will have a 32.
-In the event that your size is 85 you will have a 34 in the United States, while if you have a 90 or 95 you will have a 36 or 38 respectively
-It is possible that your belt size is 100, in which case you will have a size 40 in the USA. The same happens with the 105 (with a 42 in the USA) and the 110 (a 44).
