Mónica Rincón, a journalist for CHV and CNN Chile, drew applause after her profound message to defend one of her colleagues who received fierce criticism from a tweeter for posing in a bikini on social networks.

This is Fernanda Jure, a reporter for CHV who received an incomprehensible message from a man, just for uploading a summer image in a pool. The subject's account disappeared after the stir caused by her questioning.

Upon learning of her, Mónica Rincón decided to express her feelings. “When you are a man and you feel entitled to tell a woman what to do with her body. The body is from @fefijure, for sure the bikini too”, she began on Twitter.

Then, on Instagram, she uploaded a picture wearing a t-shirt that reads “Girls don't dress for boys,” adding an inspiring new message.

“So as not to go out without clothes, to feel good, because we like the clothes we choose, because we want to attract attention, because we don't want to attract attention. To feel attractive to a man or a woman. We can basically dress however we want and for whatever reasons we can think of,” she began.

"Because it is one of many more acts that do not have to be conditioned by stereotypes. Neither the length of the mini, nor the centimeters of the heels say anything about our ability or intelligence," she closed.

The posting has thousands of reactions, while all traces of the person who criticized the journalist were lost on social networks.
