The American lingerie store, Victoria's Secret, opened the doors of its first store in Ecuador. The inauguration event was held this Wednesday, December 22, in the company of workers, influencers, and the media.
The well-known brand came to the country through Grupo David Enterprises, which according to information from El Universo, is a conglomerate of various companies based in Panama.
In social networks, crowds were reported outside the place the day it opened its doors. In the photograph that circulates through the network, several clients are observed waiting to enter, without the sanitary distancing as a measure to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the increase in infections in the country.
Among the products available at the premises are: underwear, perfumes, lotions, and others that, although they are available in the physical space, can also be purchased through the website.
'The Bra Fitting' is a service that will be provided by experts in bras for those who wish to buy a piece in the store. Consumers will be able to find out their ideal bra size by analyzing their measurements with a tape measure as a tool.
According to the same media, the store located in the San Marino Shopping mall, in Guayaquil, already has 21 employees, most of whom are Ecuadorians. The brand's executives are currently analyzing the opening of a second store, but this time in the capital.
