A taxi driver never thought that during his working day he would end up taking care of a baby who was abandoned in her vehicle by his own mother in the city of Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
In the middle of the journey, the woman decided to get out of the car after telling the driver that she was going to "buy milk" at a supermarket, stating that later she would come back for her daughter, Caracol said.

However, the woman never returned for her daughter, which caused the taxi driver and tenants to give her food and clothing. After this, the minor had to be transferred to the Ombudsman for Children.
